In collaboration with Frans Mouton (training actors) and Wintraecken aggression training, we can (recently) offer the training below for all entrepreneurs in the catering and cultural sector.

Since September 25, a corona admission ticket has been required when visiting a catering establishment and in the cultural sector.

Employees may unexpectedly encounter resistance and aggressive behavior from guests. For example, guests who do not follow the instructions of your employees or guests who are denied access.

This doesn’t feel good for your employees…

Right now it is important to teach your employees how to deal with this unwanted and aggressive behavior.
